En un distinguido encuentro que reunió a líderes, autoridades y agentes de cambio comprometidos con la construcción de una sociedad más justa, Global Innovative Foundation, Inc. celebró “The 7th Annual Power & Influence Luncheon – A World Without Violence & Crime”, el pasado 27 de marzo de 2026 en el emblemático Biltmore Hotel.
Este importante evento se consolidó como una plataforma de reconocimiento al liderazgo transformador, destacando a personalidades cuya labor impacta significativamente en áreas como los derechos humanos, la justicia, la salud, la educación y la protección de poblaciones vulnerables.
En este contexto, la Dra. h.c. Alejandra Fuentes fue distinguida con el Global Human Rights Leadership Award, en reconocimiento a su destacada trayectoria como líder social y comunitaria, así como por su compromiso con el desarrollo integral del ser humano desde una visión basada en valores, conciencia y propósito.
El reconocimiento fue otorgado en nombre de Miami-Dade County Office of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners, bajo el liderazgo de la honorable alcaldesa Daniella Levine Cava, quien, en representación de los residentes del condado, expresó sus mejores deseos y felicitaciones en esta significativa ocasión.
La Dra. Igualmente, Daniela Jean fue reconocida con el Community Action Award por su compromiso con el desarrollo comunitario.
En el ámbito de la justicia y la seguridad pública, fueron homenajeados el Miami-Dade County Corrections Department con el Institutional Excellence in Justice & Public Safety Award; Chief Cherise Gause con el Law Enforcement Excellence Award; y el abogado Benedict P. Kuchne con el Justice Advocate Excellence Award.
También se reconoció la labor del Miami-Dade County Human Trafficking Coalition (MDCHTC), así como la contribución de sus líderes Ivon Mesa, Dr. (h.c.), y Victor Williams, por su compromiso con la defensa de poblaciones vulnerables.
En el ámbito educativo, empresarial y comunitario, se distinguió a Ramona Edwards con el Outstanding Leadership Award; a James Zhang y Rudy Allen Pierre con el President’s Choice Award; y a la Dra. In a distinguished gathering that brought together leaders, public officials, and changemakers committed to building a more just society, the Global Innovative Foundation, Inc. hosted “The 7th Annual Power & Influence Luncheon – A World Without Violence & Crime” on March 27, 2026, at the iconic Biltmore Hotel.
This significant event served as a platform to recognize transformative leadership, honoring individuals whose work has a meaningful impact in areas such as human rights, justice, healthcare, education, and the protection of vulnerable populations.
On this occasion, Dr. h.c. Alejandra Fuentes was honored with the Global Human Rights Leadership Award, in recognition of her outstanding trajectory as a social and community leader, as well as her commitment to integral human development grounded in values, awareness, and purpose.
