Founder / CEO Survivors' Pathway, plan and develop strategies to ensure the implementation of institutional growth objectives committed to the corporate vision; Develop and effectively manage the various programs that the Survivors Pathway Organization provides to survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and other violent crimes.

 

Responsible for creating and implementing policies to improve the quality of services provided to residents of Miami-Dade County; responsible for achieving, exceeding, and respecting company policies, as well as strengthening the quality of programs and services provided to clients. Responsible for identifying resources in the community to expand the services provided by the organization; network to create partnerships with community agencies at local, national and international levels. Hire, train, evaluate and develop staff.
